ALCOHOL:

• Pay additional vendor fee if selling alcohol. ($250 minimum for events)
• Submit COI for $1,000,000 in liquor liability insurance, naming NID No. 1 as additionally insured.
• Submit a copy of the Class “B” Liquor license from local municipality. For the City of Milwaukee, please call (414) 286-2238 or visit City of Milwaukee Licenses or Permits page.
• Hire licensed bartenders.
• Events with alcoholic beverages may require additional support from the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD). Additional fees may apply from the MPD.

AMPLIFIED SOUND:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations must be received by NID No. 1 no later than ninety (90) days prior to the event to receive a refund. All cancellations will be charged a $200.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received by NID No. 1. between ninety (90) and thirty (30) days prior to the event date will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund after the $200.00 administrative fee is deducted.
• All cancellations received with less than thirty (30) days notice will not receive a refund.
• A special event may be rescheduled if, and only if, NID No. 1. can accommodate a make-up date.
• No rain dates will be issued. No refunds will be granted due to inclement weather, unless the cancellation of your event is a decision made by NID No. 1. due to severe weather conditions.

• Excessive Clean-up Fee: $150.00 minimum
• Late Fee: If payment is received past due, Applicant may be assessed a surcharge of twenty percent (20%)
• Non-refundable Security Deposit: $250.00

LAW ENFORCEMENT/TRAFFIC CONTROL:

• NID No. 1 reserves the right to require the presence of Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) or private security at any event.
• Fees for MPD assistance may apply. Applicant is responsible for payment of said fees.
• Applicant shall contact MPD and any police departments affected by event at least 30 days prior to their event date.
• NID No. 1 may notify MPD of any and all events permitted by NID No. 1.
