Zilber Park is a landmark to the legacy left by Joseph J. Zilber, and his commitment to the development of the Brewery District. The uniquely designed 10,000 square foot park setting integrates trees, benches, brick paver walkways and seasonal gabion ice wall. The park contributes to the significant investment in the Brewery District’s sustainability plan with its pervious surface which reduces and stores stormwater runoff and reduces the Heat Island Effect.

Preservation Park

Preservation Park is set in the heart of the Brewery District as a monument to the transformation of the former 21-acre campus of the Pabst Brewery to one of downtown Milwaukee’s newest, vibrant and mixed-use neighborhoods called The Brewery District. Preservation Park features a walkway etched with the Brewery District’s history, artifact boxes recessed into metal panels and a 13 dock Bublr Bikeshare station.

Preservation Park is a monument to the Brewery District’s transformation from the massive Pabst Brewing Company complex site as one of the Nation’s largest breweries to a vibrant mixed-use community. The park features a walkway with artifact boxes recessed into metal panels etched with The Brewery District’s history and a Bublr bikeshare station.
